Ingredients:
17 oz. Mandarin oranges
16 slice(s) Lemon
12 oz. Lemon Juice
12 wedge(s) Tangerine
10 oz. Water
1 2/3 oz. Honey
1 bottle(s) Benedictine
Thyme (garnish)
Instructions:
Dilute honey with warm water in a large punch bowl. Gently stir in all other ingredients, adding the fresh fruit last. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve over ice and garnish with Thyme sprig.
(Note: This recipe is great for parties and generously serves 10-12 guests)
