Lucid Cherry Pop

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Lucid Absinthe,

.75 oz. Almond syrup (suggested: Monin),

.5 oz. fresh lime juice,

3-4 Pitted sour cherries,

Sparkling wine or Champagne,

Freshly grated nutmeg

 

Instructions:

In mixing glass, muddle sour cherries, lime juice and syrup.  Add ice and Lucid; shake well.  Strain into champagne flute (chilled) and top with sparkling wine or champagne.  Garnish with nutmeg and cherries.
