Ingredients:
.5 oz Lucid Absinthe,
1 oz. Cognac,
.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice,
.5 oz simple syrup,
2 Sprigs of fresh mint,
Dash of Peychauds Bitters,
Dash of The Bitter Truth Chocolate Mole Bitters
Instructions:
Muddle citrus peels in simple syrup. Slap mint leaves to release flavor and add to shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into cocktail glass, top with bitters. Garnish drink with smoked sugar on the rim of the glass.
