Van Gogh’s (P)ear

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Lucid Absinthe,

1/2 oz. Belle de Brillet Pear Cognac,

1 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin,

2 oz. Fresh-pressed apple juice,

Dash of Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6

 

Instructions:

Shake ingredients well on ice.  Add bitters after straining drink into a martini glass.  Garnish with a slice of pear.
