**This recipe is a Gintender original**
1.25 oz Qi Black Tea Liqueur
.75 oz of Runny Honey (1:3 honey to water)
1.0 oz of Vodka
1.0 oz of Lillet blanc
Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
Dash of Regan’s orange bitters
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass. Add a dash of peychaud’s bitters and a dash of regan’s orange bitters.
**Note to the reader: This mysteriously smoky combination of Qi Black Tea Liqueur, vodka and runny honeywas once a staple of Wisdom’s famed menu. An instant classic, the Tortoise and the Bare won the D.C. Artini Contest in 2009.
