Starting this Sunday, August 28th, the Fuit Bat will begin serving a South American style brunch that will make H Street proud.

The Bat will be open both weekdays and weekends for both coffee and lunch featuring Chef James’ savory south American fare.

Here’s a sneak peak at the coming brunch menu:

A South American version of Eggs Benedict, French toast, fruit plate with organic yogurt, amazon salad w/ guava vinaigrette, Huevos con arepas y chorizo, fresh squeezed juices, and bubbly flights!

The drink menu will also include a variety of  fruit Bellinis (which aren’t offered anywhere else in D.C.).

Brunch will last from open until 3 p.m.

This Sunday only (the 28th), the Bat will be having a Cruzan Rum cocktail give away.
