  Ingredients: 1 oz Light rum 1/2 oz Benedictine 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz Sweet vermouth Instructions: Shake on ice and strain into martini glass (4.5 oz)

Ingredients: Instructions: 1 oz Gin 1 oz Dry Vermouth 1/4 oz Cointreau 1/4 oz Benedictine 1 dash Orange bitters 1 dash Angostura bitters Shake on ice and serve in cocktail glass (4.5 oz).

      Ingredients: 2 oz Green Chartreuse .25 oz Brandy Dash of Benedictine   Instructions: Shake well on ice and strain into cocktail glass.

  Ingredients: 3 oz. Gin 2 tsp.  Benedictine 1/2 oz.  Dry Vermouth   Instructions: Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.   **Note: It is better to use a floral gin in this instance as opposed to the typical London Dry Gin.**

Ingredients: 7 oz. Coffee (Hot) 1.5 oz.  Courvoisier Cognac 1 oz. Kahlua .5 oz.  Benedictine .5 oz.  Mozart Liqueur   Instructions: Pour all ingredients into large coffee mug and drizzle chocolate liqueur on top.  Garnish with whipped cream and grated white chocolate.

  Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz.  Gin 1 tbsp.  Orange Juice dash(es)  Benedictine dash(es) Grenadine   Instructions: Shake over ice and serve in Collins or old-fashioned glass.   **Note: This is really a gin based drink, but it wouldn’t be the same without those dashes of Benedictine!**

Ingredients: 1 oz. Applejack 1/2 oz.  Benedictine 1/2 oz.  Yellow Chartreuse dash(es)  Angostura Bitters   Instructions: Shake with ice and strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with a strawberry.

    Ingredients: 2 tsp. Benedictine 1 1/2 oz. Peaty Scotch 1/2 oz.  Sweet Vermouth   Instructions: Add ice and stir, don’t shake.

Ingredients: 1 oz Benedictine 1/2 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice Champagne Instructions: Fill Collins glass to top with ice. Add Benedictine and lemon juice.  Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.  Garnish with lemon twist.   **Note: Drink does not actually include cucumber.  That’d be kind of gross**
