Ingredients: 1.5 oz Tequila .5 oz White crème de cacao .5 oz  Curaçao .5 oz Cream Maraschino cherry for garnish   Instructions: Shake ingredients well on ice.  Service in old-fashioned glass full of ice.  Garnish with one maraschino cherry.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Tequila .75 oz Crème de Cassis .5 oz Lime juice 4 oz Ginger ale   Instructions: Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale) well on ice.  Strain into collins glass and garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients: 2 shots of Tequila (aged preferred), 1.5 oz Pressed Pineapple juice, .75 Kahlua coffee liqueur   Instructions: Shake well and pour over ice.  Top drink with soda water.  Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Ingredients: 2 oz. Qi White 1 oz. Tequila 1 oz. Lime squeeze Splash of simple syrup   Instructions: Shake ingredients well in cocktail shaker.  Strain into martini or margarita glass (usually on ice).  Garnish with lime wedge.
